• We are honest about the products and services we provide and do not intentionally misrepresent these.
• We establish and expect mutual trust in our dealings with suppliers. We expect our suppliers to respect our corporate values (e.g. transparency concerning commission payments; exceptional service levels) and, in turn, we respect their values and rights (e.g. intellectual property; software licences).
• Our client list is confidential. We don’t bandy about the logos and names of the clients we have worked with; even though we are quite proud of them. A client’s engagement of us is no-one else’s business.
• We are committed to fostering a strong compliance ethic within our clients. It is our own policy to comply with the laws, rules and regulations of the countries in which we operate and to co-operate fully with relevant authorities.
